Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks and other equipment such as bucket lifts to access high branches safely for trimming and removal.
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal with precision, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Use rigging techniques to safely lower large branches or trees during removal or maintenance projects.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping duties.
- Maintain equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, and other horticultural tools in excellent working condition.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to protect yourself, colleagues, and the environment.
Required Skills
- 1+ years experience in tree care, pruning, or landscaping with growing expertise in horticulture.
- Valid drivers license
- Basic understanding of rigging techniques for safe tree removal or limb lowering.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Optional Skills
- MA hydraulics license to operate bucket truck, bucket lift, and log truck confidently and safely.
- Experience using a chainsaw safely and effectively

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
