Job Description
7-10 Years of handson working experience in Telecom Domain, well know BSS, OSS, Device Testing.
Should have client handling experience and work as Team Lead/Architect.
Overall Test Goal(s), Plan and test Strategy
Quality of all test deliverables produced in the test process
Should be able to articulate Test scripts from Requirements and can also work closely with other stakeholders of project.
Risk and requirement based test and review test strategy
Risk Analysis and Management
Comply with all QA related processes
Initiating and implementing improvements in QA related processes, based on analysing root cause of defects and on the outcome of iteration assessments
Assist in a chain test and the UAT
Reviews on the test base, test cases on all test -levels, -types
Advice on (general) non QA processes
Motivating the team
Assuring Team members following Test processes, Guideline and proceducers
Co-ordination with various suppliers involved in the delivery
Understand the requirements and able to perform static testing
Co-ordinate with team for proper execution of testing activities.
Testing of critical scenarios and co-ordination for defects resolution.
Extensive involvement in Black Box testing including System, functional, E2E, Regression and UAT Phases in Telecom industry.
Intensive experience in review of Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Specification, Test Estimation, Test Execution and Test Co-ordination
Able to do test validation and preparing QG report
Able to identify Test Env and Data requirement and co-ordinate with respective owners.
Able to identify regression test suit from the existing test suit
Able to support Acceptance Test
Experience in Integration Testing, Web service testing using SOAP UI.
Extensive experience in E2E/ integration Test case design for Telecom products
Should be able to prepare QG exit report and Test Sign off report
