Key Responsibilities
· Acquire daily tasks from Shop Foreman. Shop Foreman to prioritize as needed.
· Delivery/pickup of materials, equipment, and service parts, etc.
· Manufacturing of Crosslake products.
· Building maintenance as needed and directed by the Shop Foreman.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of shop & field tasks.
· Address and resolve any field-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
· Act as a conduit between installers, technicians and management, ensuring concerns, feedback, and suggestions are communicated and addressed.
· Utilize Service Titan software proficiently to monitor, manage, and report on field operations.
· Assist in identifying building maintenance needed.
· Enter material and equipment usage accurately.
· Extra set of hands for the field when they require assistance.
· Primary schedule is Monday-Thursday with Friday rotation.
Talents and Skills Required
· Proficient with tablet software technology.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Familiarity with construction and home service operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
