Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Experienced in construction ,repairs of various facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Duties:
– Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, demolition ,tile installation and repairing equipment.
– Inspect facilities regularly to determine maintenance needs.
– Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions.
– Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
– Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
– Proficient in using hand and power tools.
– Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Physical stamina and strength to handle various tasks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Certification in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, plumbing).
– Experience with plumbing.
– Experience with electrical work.
-Experience with tile installation.
