Lynden Door is looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Plant Cleaner to join our team! You’ll work with a small, close-knit crew to clean and maintain our glue machines nightly, helping ensure a clean and safe manufacturing environment. - Perform nightly cleaning of glue machines and surrounding areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Operate or be willing to learn forklift operations (a plus)
- Apply knowledge of 5S systems (a plus)
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively
- Respectful, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
- Ability to work the night shift Monday–Friday (7:45 PM – 4:30 AM), with overtime as needed
- Wage: $22.25 per hour (Base pay $20.00 Plus a shift premium of $2.25)
