As a SERVER your primary focus will be to provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly, food and beverage service to all guests in a timely manner and according to the East Side Mario’s steps of service.
Responsibilities:
Interact with guests and suggest items that meet their needs and will enhance their experience
Deliver an excellent guest experience
Process guests orders and payments in a timely manner
Live and breathe the brand – continually use brand lingo and promote the brand
Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a server in a similar environment
Must have Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Thrive on working in a fast paced environment
