Dey Distributing is an established and successful appliance and HVAC parts company seeking a reliable, friendly Sales Associate. To perform this job you must be comfortable with computers, answering phones, have great customer service skills and work well with others. HVAC and/or appliance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Greet customers as they enter the facility
- Inform customers of promotions available to them
- Provide information to customers about the company’s product and services
- Assist customers in selecting the products and services to best meet their needs
- Manage customer information using a computer database system
- Address customers’ questions and concerns both in person and via phone or email
- Place orders using a computer database system
- Stock shelves and pick parts for orders
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Customer service orientation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- HVAC knowledge/experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
