Summary
Tuya Construction is looking for a reliable, motivated Plant Maintenance Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining equipment and vegetation, and is committed to safety and quality
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for construction plants
- Perform routine plant and site maintenance
- Water trees, shrubs, and other vegatation
- Set up, operate and monitor irrigation systems
- Drive and operate water truck safely
- Complete daily inspection and maintenance reports
- Work independently while maintaining and work areas are kept clean and safe
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 or Class 1 drivers licence
- Experience operating a water truck is an asset
- Experience with irrigation systems or landscape maintenance is an asset
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and communication skills
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
