Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess trade skills necessary for remodeling apartments, contributing to our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute interior remodeling projects, including drywall installation and repair.
- Perform painting tasks to enhance the aesthetics of our living spaces.
- Carry out carpentry work, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Execute tile work and other flooring installations.
- Frame new walls and installations, as needed.
- Install shower surround systems carefully and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the building services team to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in remodeling, particularly in dry wall, painting, carpentry, tile work, framing, and shower surround installations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
