Veritas MGMT Incorporated is currently hiring a Customer Enrollment Associate to join our growing team in Stamford, CT. In partnership with AT&T, our team works directly with customers to provide personalized support, explain wireless service options, and assist with new customer enrollments.

Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:
- Speak with prospective customers to provide information about AT&T wireless products and services.
- Assist customers with account setup, service enrollment, and general support questions.
- Explain available plans, promotions, and features in a clear and professional manner.
- Deliver positive customer experiences through strong communication and attentive service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment documentation.
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed on products, promotions, and company processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
