Weekday schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8am-5pm

Competitive weekly pay: $800-$1,200 per week (including tips)

Performance-based pay – rewarded weekly

Mileage reimbursement between your first and last job of the day

Direct Primary Care Membership: Affordable access to a local doctor’s office with no office visit fees. Most employees pay less than $10 per week, and children can usually be added to a parent’s plan for under $5 per week.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll help service homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas.

Our service area is strategically grouped to help reduce driving when possible and keep routes organized and efficient.

You’ll visit our office in Fate about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.

Strong reliability, consistent attendance, and a commitment to showing up ready each day

High attention to detail and pride in thorough work

Professionalism and respect while working inside private family homes

Ability to work independently after training

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to drive yourself between client homes
