As a Product Designer reporting to the VP of product, Strategy & Corporate Development, you will:
Drive discovery by researching the market, and interviewing customers and internal teams to help define solutions for the “problems to be solved”.
Develop hypotheses and find ways to validate them quickly and in a cost-effective way. Help us bet on the right things.
Lead the end-to-end design process from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity design prototypes.
Work with the engineering team and share responsibility for testing once features are implemented to confirm that expected behaviour is achieved and limit the potential for bugs and/or user error.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing and product management to contribute to the strategic direction of the business and oversee the user experience from conception until launch.
Build a data-informed culture by seeking out and organizing both qualitative and quantitative data, and help the business make better data-informed decisions.
Additional tasks as delegated or deemed necessary, corresponding to your skill set and existing role responsibilities.
