Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle – You will be completing sales with customers at their home

50% of the role is in the field, 50% is work from home
40-50 hours per week
Excited about hitting performance targets
1+ years of sales experience (not retail)
Intermediate sales call experience (power dialling, cold calling, high volume calls)
Organized and exceptional time-management skills
Self-motivated and not easily distracted
Advanced English communication, writing and speaking skills
Intermediate to advanced iOS/Apple experience
You must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure/stress, have a sense of urgency and pride in workmanship

Summary
Shine Window and Eaves Cleaning is Toronto’s leading home service company. We specialize in window/ gutter cleaning, deck staining, power washing and other exterior home renovations. We are looking for a Sales Representative to move up in a company that is always growing/ improving.
This is a fast-paced sales job with both work-from-home and in field work. You will be moving fast, receiving constant feedback, and need to have an extreme sense of urgency. If you enjoy working in slow-paced environments, completing the same tasks each day, or working in an office environment, this is not for you. Our company provides intensive sales training, for those who have beginner to intermediate skills, you can expect a lot of coaching to improve your skills. We are looking for an individual who is excited to learn and be a part of a competitive environment.

Duties
Call past clients from our list, provide pricing and re-sell them annual work
Call new leads daily and sell small jobs over the phone or qualify large jobs for in-person estimates
Take clients through the qualification process
Follow sales scripts, improve systems, and input data into CRM and keep data up to date
Problem-solve, handle objections and upsell clients for more work
Visit clients at their homes to provide estimates and sell jobs.
Take calls from on-site staff who have potential upsells with clients
Work with door-to-door team to improve their training and call leads to convert into sales/ estimates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
