We’re looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our growing pool maintenance team! After you complete our training program, you’ll provide exceptional regular maintenance service to our valued customers in the Winnipeg area. Some candidates will also receive training to become a member of one of our opening and closing crews. While this role is highly independent, you’ll be part of a knowledgeable and supportive team to help ensure you have everything you need to be successful. If you want to spend your summers outside, enjoy physical work and are looking for seasonal employment this is the job for you!
What you’ll do:
-Provide services in regular pool maintenance to an individual list of clients
-Potential to be on one of our opening and closing crews
-Be available between May to mid-October. Students who need to go back to school in September will be accommodated
-Work full time hours (40 hours a week) with the potential for overtime when needed
-Safely work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
-Efficiently work alone and under little supervision
-Provide onsite customer service when needed
Must haves
-Valid drivers license
-Personal vehicle to drive from client to client. A non-taxable kilometre allowance will be provided and paid biweekly on top of normal wages
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
-Be punctual with the ability to work with a sense of urgency at times
-Be approachable and friendly with the ability to provide excellent onsite customer service when needed
-Willingness to work extended hours when business needs require. This is typically during our busy season in spring and fall
