Paving-Restoration Manager Jobs in Tempe, AZ at Kleven Construction.
Manages jobsite and employees.
· Safety is job #1 for our crews and the public
· Manage crew schedules and work with Construction Managers
· Monitor all paving/restoration activities for quality
· Proactive management, help identify issues at the beginning
· Effective communication with crews, management, and construction coordinator
· Provide employee orientation and safety training
o Materials and programs are available
· Strong Multi-tasking of multiple sites and crews
Skills/Experience.
· 5+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction
· Strong computer skills
· Valid Driver’s License
· Clean driving record
· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
· BI-LINGUAL HIGHLY DESIRED
Physical Requirements.
· Bend, kneel, squat, climb, stand, walk, sit, reach
· Drive for long periods
· Use fine motor skills and repetitive motion
· Occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds
· Work in adverse weather conditions
Education Required.
· High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass E-Verify
