Trellis is partnering with a small locally owned Concrete and Masonry company to help them grow their team! There business is booming and they need to add to the team quickly. They are offering Full time permanent and temporary work.
Concrete Crew Member – Full Time
Full time Schedule: 7am start, 8–10 hours/day Start Time: 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Concrete Crew Member to join our team. No long list of experience required — just someone who shows up, works hard, communicates clearly, and is willing to learn the trade. This team travels to different job sites to perform flatwork for residential homes and new residential developments. All sites are within with in an hour of a Appleton.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with concrete pours, site prep, and general labor
- Move and maneuver concrete using a wheelbarrow throughout the day
- Help set forms, move materials, and support the finishing crew
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow direction from the foreman and experienced team members
- Communicate clearly with the team and customers when needed
- Represent the company professionally on the phone and on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Friendly, respectful communication with customers and crew
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Able to work 8–10 hour days starting at 7:00 AM
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Due to traveling and potential use of a company vehicle a valide drivers license is required.
