Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Manager based in Penticton or Kelowna, BC, with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations management, ensure optimal guest experiences, coordinate property maintenance, and communicate with property owners. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, creating operational procedures, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Technology proficiency, including property management systems
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to adapt between in-office and remote work requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an asset
