Full job description

As Executive Assistant/Office Manager you will be the main point of contact for hundreds of small businesses across Canada and the USA. Directing phone calls and scheduling appointments or providing clientele with requested information and documents are the main tasks.

This role is also the key individual who makes the office run smoothly. From assembling tax packages to ensuring supplies are ordered, this role is for a motivated multitasker and effective communicator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
