Your RoleAs an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in a wide range of human resources & compliance functions.
You Will
oversee our recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including conducting pre-screening, coordinating interviews, and managing our applicant tracking system.
implement and facilitate a consistent onboarding process for all employees, including conducting orientation sessions and coordinating required documentation/training.
provide thoughtful support and guidance to our employees regarding HR matters
work closely with our HR Director and General Counsel to prepare employment agreements, job descriptions, performance improvement plans and other related documents.
participate in performance management meetings
oversee and implement health and safety program
assist our HR Director and General Counsel with administrative tasks and assignments as required

Key Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR Coordinator role at a fast-paced organization
Proficient in managing hiring processes and onboarding
Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points

Expected compensation range: $45,000 – $65,000.00.
