As our Marketing Manager:You will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, overseeing our online presence, and generating leads and awareness for our brand and services. You will work closely with our leadership team, the team of lawyers and legal professionals, and our external partners to create and deliver compelling content and campaigns across various channels, including our website, social media, client communications, webinars, podcasts, and events. You will also monitor and analyze our marketing performance, and report on our ROI and KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
To be a team player, a self-starter, and a leader who can work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback
A college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation, preferably in a B2B or professional services context
A portfolio of successful marketing projects and campaigns that demonstrate your creativity, skills, and results
Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling
A growth mindset, a willingness to learn and experiment, and a proactive and problem-solving attitude
A high level of organization, collaboration, and multitasking, and a keen attention to detail
A passion for learning new skills and staying on top of marketing trends and best practices
