Job Description
Provis Technologies is seeking confident, energetic, and professional Booth Representatives to represent our brand at Web Summit Vancouver 2026, one of the world’s leading technology events.
As a Booth Representative, you will be the first point of contact for event attendees and play a key role in creating a strong brand presence. Your responsibilities will include engaging with visitors, presenting our services, and supporting marketing and lead generation efforts during the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Provis Technologies at the event booth in a professional and engaging manner
- Welcome and interact with attendees, initiating meaningful conversations
- Present company products, services, and solutions clearly and confidently
- Identify potential clients and capture qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions and follow-up details
- Support brand promotion and marketing initiatives at the event
- Assist in booth setup, coordination, and overall event execution
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all booth visitors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and lead generation goals
Candidate Requirements
- Currently based in Canada (mandatory)
- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality
- Ability to approach and engage with diverse audiences
- Prior experience in events, exhibitions, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for the full event duration
