Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at A Plus Solutions Home Healthcare Inc for home nurse visiting services for clinical Trials. This role is essential in delivering high-quality nursing care to our clients across various settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and well-being of individuals by providing comprehensive nursing services. Training will be provided online and will be paid. Visiting time is flexible, to be arranged between the nurse and the client. You are working as an independent private nurse ( visits can be flexible within a window) .
Responsibilities
- Administer medications ( IV, IM, SC) and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Blood test at home and safe transportation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ health status and needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist in managing cases for patients with complex health needs.
Requirements
- Current registration and licensed as a Registered Nurse in BC.
- Proven experience in IV medication administration.
- Strong knowledge of blood test sampling techniques.
- Basic skills of electronic health record systems .
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in ON, or BC with experience in , blood sampling and access to a reliable vehicle for travel ( You must have your reliable car and valid driver license) .
This position offers flexibility and meaningful client interaction. The role is time-sensitive, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested. Both visiting hours and traveling time and training are paid.
