Seeking Rental Maintenance Technician
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Homes and 4-plexes, All in the Peoria area
Plumbing, PEX, Drywall Repair, Basic Electrical Servicing, Painting, Vinyl and Carpet Installation, Minor Roof Repairs, Basic HVAC Issues, and Appliance Repairs
Emergency repairs and preventive maintenance, consistently ensuring tenant satisfaction. Remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and homes, applying carpentry and basic construction skills. Prepare units for new occupants.
Pay Rate $25.00 -$28.00 an hour
