Team Leader (Supervisor)

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader (Supervisor) to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving the success of our growing brand.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership: Inspire, lead, and manage a team of crew members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational excellence.

Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and scheduling.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and high-quality food. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Training and Development: Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to Mad Bird’s standards.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Brand Representation: Uphold Mad Bird’s brand values, vision, and culture in every aspect of store operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Team Leader in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant.

Proven team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for food and hospitality, with a deep appreciation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with financial reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
