Job Summary
We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted PTA licensure
- Current CPR certification; TB test/Chest X-ray result.
- Good self-motivative, organizational, and communication skills

Salary:
PT: $110,000-$120,000 plus benefits
