Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend appropriate styles and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation protocols including sterilization of tools and equipment
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong lash longevity
- Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, while providing seamless guest services
- Upsell complementary services like brow shaping, makeup application, or lash lifts to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Engage actively with social media management by showcasing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building a loyal client base through digital channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application; certification in esthetician services or cosmetology preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon or spa setting
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to perform detailed work with steady hands while maintaining focus during procedures
- Experience with additional beauty treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or body waxing is a plus
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing learning about new techniques like botulinum toxin treatment or hair extensions
