Part-time (week days/weekends)
Full time 5 month contract (with possible extension)
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00am start time (DAY SHIFT)
Occasional Weekends based on client requirements
40 hrs. a week
Salary
$20.00-$24.00/hr.

We are seeking a
labourer
for our crew. As the
labourer,
you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.
Job Summary
Assist our Pavement Techs with a variety of jobs such as asphalt repairs, line-painting, commercial painting, epoxy flooring, asphalt sealing, crack-filling, etc.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
Additional tasks as required
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
A Full G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
Ability to work well independently unsupervised
Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
An Engineering educational background is an asset
