We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Help with cooking tasks, including grilling, frying, baking, or assembling dishes as directed by senior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support serving staff by preparing ingredients or dishes for delivery or dine-in orders
- Follow proper food safety protocols during all stages of meal preparation and handling
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock levels
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry and food handling practices is beneficial
- Prior experience in food service roles such as serving or kitchen assistance will support success in this position
