- Entry-Level Installers (No Experience Needed): We will provide 100% paid hands-on training. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and love working outdoors, you’ll fit right in.
- Experienced Crew Leaders / Managers: If you already know the ins and outs of irrigation systems, blueprint reading, and leading a small team efficiently, we have immediate leadership roles available with top-tier pay.

Duties
- Install and irrigation systems, including drip lines, sprinklers, and drainage.
- Assist with digging, trenching, piping, and installing sprinkler heads under the direction of a crew leader.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
Requirements
- Must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, digging).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work.
- For Management roles: 2years of experience in irrigation installation/repair and prior team leadership experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
