Role : IBMS (Operative BMS) SME Techno-Functional Analyst

Location: Canada (Hybrid/Onsite based on client requirement)

Duration: Contract Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced IBMS (Operative BMS) SME Techno-Functional Analyst to support a leading client in the broadcast/media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for Operative IBMS (BMS) in a helpdesk environment.
• Troubleshoot issues across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing modules.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting, data validation, and data fixes.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and integration issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support user access, configurations, and minor enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Operative IBMS (Broadcast Management System).
• Knowledge of Broadcast/Media workflows (Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic & Billing).
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills (Mandatory).
• Experience in L1/L2/L3 Application Support or Helpdesk environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of system integrations and reporting tools.
• Understanding of VDI, VPN, and EUC environments is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
