Position: Custodial Supervisor
Location: Mercersburg, PA
Shift: First
Wage: $15.00 – $20.00
Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Second Shift Custodial Lead in Mercersburg, PA. We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community.
Responsibilities
· Lead operations as directed by department management
· Create job lists and record all serviced areas
· Deliver excellent customer service and ensure department employees do the same
· Maintain equipment in good condition
· Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues
· Handle reasonable complaints/requests and inform others when required
· Check stocking levels of all consumables and report to department manager
Skills
· Proven working experience in relevant field
· Ability to work independently
