Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and support our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires a

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Leadership
and Management:
– Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Act as a trusted advisor to
senior management
on HR-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
– Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of
top talent
.
– Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees.
– Monitor and enhance employee retention strategies.
3. Employee Relations:
– Foster a positive and
inclusive work environment
through
effective communication
and
conflict resolution
.
– Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
– Conduct regular
employee engagement
surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
4. Performance Management:
– Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
– Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
– Identify and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
5. Compensation and
Benefits:
– Develop and manage
competitive compensation
and benefits programs.
– Conduct regular market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
– Oversee the administration of
employee benefits
and programs.

Training and Development
:
– Identify training needs and develop
comprehensive training
programs.
– Promote
continuous learning and development
opportunities for employees.
– Oversee
leadership development initiatives
and
succession planning
.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
– Ensure compliance with federal, state, and
local employment
laws and regulations.
– Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
8. Organizational Development:
– Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of
continuous improvement
.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance
employee engagement
and organizational effectiveness.
– Collaborate with
senior leadership
on organizational design and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior HR
leadership
role in educational sector.
