Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a restoration foreman.
Duties
- Coordinate with project manager and/or superintendent for work assignments
- Oversee and direct 2-4 person crew including communicating daily work assignments to crew members
- Prepare progress reports, time and material sheets, and other paperwork as requested by the Project Manager
- Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of asphalt and concrete surfaces, ensuring smooth and durable results
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing rebar or formwork
- Form sidewalk, curb, driveway, and roadway patches.
- Work with operator to excavate and prepare areas including fine grading subbase
- Place and compact asphalt
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site setup, material handling, and cleanup
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations
- Train and mentor crew members, helping them develop their skills
- Monitor quality of work
Experience
- 5 years prior experience working on construction sites with asphalt or concrete projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in finishing
- Demonstrated understanding of safety standards related to construction site work and use of hand tools and power tools
- Must have valid drivers license

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
