Drywall Estimator requirements:
- Be familar with the atlanta market.
- Have the ability to establish relationships with new clients,
- OST and Quick bid software utilized.
- Be a closer.
Project Manager
- Be familar and in good standing with the labor markets and material suppliers.
- Create Budgets for each project (internal, Labor sub, and material).
- Complete each project and maintain the established budget.
- Submittals, SOV, SOV labor sub, SDS, safety manuals,
- Monthly GC billing.
- Process labor subs weekly pay apps.
- Create and submit change orders.
- Create master PO and schedule delivery.
- Work closely with the feeild to maintain schedule, budgets and goal that are established.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
