General Manager – Kauai Region

Crazy Shirts is seeking an experienced and passionate retail leader to join our Kauai leadership team as a General Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing retail manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and serve as a key partner to the District Manager.
The General Manager will oversee our Kukui’ula location while also providing leadership support to our Poipu store team, including direct partnership with the Assistant Manager. This position plays a critical role in driving sales, developing talent, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the region.
This role serves as the District Manager’s right-hand partner and offers a strong career path for leaders interested in advancing into multi-store management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Kukui’ula store
- Coach, develop, and support store leadership and sales associates
- Partner with the District Manager to drive regional sales performance and operational success
- Support the Assistant Manager and team at our Poipu location
- Deliver and model exceptional customer service through our World-Class Customer Service philosophy
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
- Analyze business results and implement action plans to achieve goals
- Ensure merchandising, inventory, visual presentation, and operational standards are maintained
- Serve as a leadership resource for the Kauai region when the District Manager is traveling or supporting other locations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably overseeing retail sales environments
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees, customers, and business partners
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Desire to grow into larger leadership responsibilities
Compensation & Bonus Potential
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
- Monthly management bonus program with earning potential of up to $12,000 annually
