Job Description
Installers will prep and install concrete coatings such as epoxy/polyurea to garage and basement floors using the highest quality products in a safe and productive manner. Some installations will include storage shelves and cabinets. Qualified candidates can install both flooring and storage. The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, a solid work ethic and must interact professionally with our team members, sales consultants and customers to provide excellent service and workmanship . We have experienced solid growth over the last several years and are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, installer to join our expanding team. Overtime is available.
Skills Required
- Repair and prep concrete floors
- Install epoxy/polyurea floor coating systems
- Problem solve on-site plan issues with the team
- Support the installation of cabinetry and organization products
- Experience with hand and power tools
- High quality workmanship and detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
Additional Requirements Preferred 1 year of installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to drive to all job sites or company warehouse
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Timeliness to job sites every time – extremely punctual
The candidate must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check.
