Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service.
Duties:
– Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
– Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on various types of equipment
– Install, test, and calibrate new equipment
– Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
– Collaborate with the service team to develop effective solutions for complex issues
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
– Strong analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues accurately
– Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
– Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems
– Ability to perform stick welding for equipment repairs
– Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
– Previous experience in field service or a related field is preferred
