The Window & Door Service Technician is responsible for providing our customers (residential and light commercial) with great customer service.
The first duty is to perform service work on the customers previously installed windows & doors. This includes but is not limited to changing IG units, repairing balances, repairing doors, etc…
The position also requires the candidate recognize and then help the customer purchase new product when the repair exceeds the value of the product.
Experience in customer service is foremost. The physical ability to perform service work in customers homes including working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in less then ideal spaces is a must. Experience in window and door installation and operation is also required.

Experience:
- Glass installation: 1 year (Required)
- Commercial: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
