Location: 2515 50 Ave SE Calgary

We are looking for young, energetic & well organized PUNJABI lady to cook home made meals for tiffin service & to make pizza at our restaurant.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare around 200 rotis everyday (may vary as per orders)/Pizza
- Cook 2 meals (dal/sabji) everyday (may vary as per orders)
- Strictly follows the recepies
- Will be required to take orders and accurately process payments via the POS system
- Wash dishes & keep kitchen clean & tidy
- Perform all other duties as needed
- Assist with daily kitchen prep including, but not limited to: cutting vegetables, making dough etc.
- Preparing ingredients following recipes and guidelines
- Preparing work station and keeping station sanitary and organized throughout your shift
Qualifications
- Must know how to cook tasty Indian Punjabi food
- Experience in Pizza making is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
