Order Fulfillment Technician
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Fulfill customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Create and manage transportation manifests in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations
- Perform daily METRC transactions and maintain accurate compliance records
- Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate product tracking throughout the facility
- Complete quality control (QC) inspections to verify product accuracy, labeling, and packaging standards
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation
- Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and state regulations

- Consistently fulfills orders accurately and on time
- Maintains inventory accuracy and compliance within METRC and internal systems
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail in manifests, reporting, and documentation
- Supports operational efficiency through organization and proactive communication
- Maintains quality standards and compliance requirements with minimal errors
- Contributes positively to team productivity and workflow
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Experience with METRC preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately enter and manage data
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation
- Base pay: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
