Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Dayforce Consultant. The Dayforce Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Dayforce platform to meet client needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, customizing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployment, and providing training and documentation to end users. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption of the Dayforce platform.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce implementation and configuration
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, process optimization, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and understand business requirements
- Experience in user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Project management experience in deploying HR technology solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines effectively
