Armtec Inc. has the following career opportunity in REDWATER, AB


CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Coordinates daily customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Answers incoming sales inquiries from customers.
  • Prepares manual and electronic sales orders; ensuring accurate information of product for our customers.
  • Receives sales payments; issues credit applications and credit card authorization forms to ensure proper payment is received.
  • Generates invoices
  • Maintains and tracks inventory of sales and re-sale items
  • Determines the most effective and efficient schedules and shipping method
  • Prepares calculated lists in balanced bundling and weights on diagrams to ensure loads comply with provincial trucking laws and standards.
  • Ensures all proper documentation for shipments is completed and accurate.


Education and Experience:

  • Grade 12 high school, GED or equivalent mature student diploma.
  • 1 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience of related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
  • Combinations of education and experience will be considered.


Abilities and Skills:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability do work independently
  • Multi-tasking ability with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within tight timelines to meet our customer demands and expectations.
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Intermediate level of computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Internet,).
  • Basis accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of measurements and weights (shipping purposes)
  • Culvert and/or steel product manufacturing knowledge is an asset.
