Job Summary
247 Gard is seeking vigilant and professional Event Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property during various events. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent observation skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. This role is essential in preventing incidents, managing crowd control, and responding swiftly to emergencies to uphold the integrity of our events.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness
- Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times
- Assess and neutralize potential threats
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Document all activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for loss prevention and enhance overall security measures.
Requirements
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, including uniform
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with diverse individuals.
