Your Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable Yardi Systems Consultant to provide expert advice and insights to assist in various real estate management client engagements. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing the client’s current use of Yardi software for a subset of key workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements to optimize operations, particularly in areas of task management and ownership between departments, automations and data extraction. Experience in advising on data integration and data reporting with Yardi is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide general assistance and answers about Yardi from the team.
Review recorded interviews with stakeholders and conduct a quick assessment of the client’s current Yardi setup for key workflows, focusing on their use of modules related to property management, construction management, and financial operations.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and underutilized features of the Yardi platform that could be optimized to improve workflow and data management.
Advise on best practices for task management within Yardi, including the handoff of tasks between teams and tracking of task statuses.
Assist in strategic recommendations on how to enhance the integration of Yardi with other business systems, such as SharePoint, View the Space, and Reporting platforms.
Assist in the development of proposals for the client that outline suggested changes, potential benefits, and a roadmap for implementation.
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with our team to ensure understanding and alignment on recommended Yardi enhancements.

Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Yardi systems, particularly Yardi Voyager and Yardi Construction Manager.
Strong background in real estate management software consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex software functionality into practical business solutions.
Experience in advising on data integration and data reporting with Yardi is preferred.
Experience in managing projects and providing training on software applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
