Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction and finishing works ensuring quality and adherence to plans.
Coordinate and settle subcontractors’ work, ensuring timely completion.
Organize subcontractors’ tasks and monitor progress.
Manage materials and construction equipment delivered to the site.
Independently perform minor construction and finishing tasks as required.
Prepare accurate as-built documentation for project completion.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction and assembly industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
Valid driving license.
Responsible and conscientious with a commitment to assigned tasks.
Good work organization and time management skills.
