We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. Candidates must have experience with concrete flatwork, asphalt, and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Concrete finishing, flatwork, and asphalt repair
- Load/unload trucks and materials
- Follow all safety procedures
- Perform general construction labor duties
- Assist with seasonal snow operations during winter months as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of concrete finishing and flatwork experience
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Additional Information
This position may require emergency response availability during snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday work.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
