About Us
Motif Fine Portraits is a luxury portrait studio creating timeless, high-end family artwork designed to last for generations. We are looking to contract a great new teammate for our art department!
What You’ll Help With
- Retouching portrait images (Photoshop is a must)
- Dynamic retouching: natural skin (clean, not overdone) to enhancements (head swaps, slimming, liquify, etc.)
- Color grading and final image polish
- Light digital painting / artistic enhancements
- Preparing files for print
- Moving projects through our production flow
- File organization, exports, and naming
- Supporting light admin tasks tied to production
- Assisting with artwork-related tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Photoshop skills (required)
- Must demonstrate consistent, natural retouching at a professional standard (before/after required)
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for polish
- Organized and able to keep things moving
- Reliable and easy to work with
- Team player
- Art enthusiast
- Digital painting is an asset
