- Starting compensation: Most doctors begin between $85,000–$115,000
- Growth trajectory: Income can scale quickly with patient volume, skill development, and leadership contribution
- High performers / Clinic Leads: Compensation increases significantly and is directly tied to clinic volume and patients served. This is where our doctors are earning $170,000+
