Full job description
Brabant Lodge is a full-service fly-in sport fishing lodge located on an island in the remote Northwest Territories. We are looking for an experienced cook to fill a short term contract.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate, attentive, detail oriented and enthusiastic. Duties include preparing breakfast & dinner from a preset menu, preparing boxed lunches made to guest order, preparing deserts, all for 12-18 individuals daily (staff & guests). Additional duties include dishes, kitchen clean-up, managing food waste, etc.
The successful applicant will have experience in a commercial kitchen and cooking off a provided menu. The selected candidate must be able to live in a remote setting for the duration of the contract.

Compensation: Salary per month. Gratuities (cash tips) are standard at Brabant Lodge. Room & Board included (private living corridors). Travel to/from Brabant Lodge will be provided.
