Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying epoxy coatings and flooring solutions to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of various surfaces. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality flooring installations across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring proper adhesion for epoxy application
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to project specifications
- Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes
- Install various types of flooring materials such as tiles, concrete overlays, and trim carpentry components as needed
- Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure precise installation aligned with design requirements
- Perform restoration work including water damage repair, floor care, buffing, and surface refinishing
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic layouts
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and buffing equipment
- Experience with tile laying, cabinet installation, carpentry, concrete finishing, remodeling, and fixture installation is a plus
- Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and floor care techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and procedures

Pay: $20.00 – $32.16 per hour
